Ideas for robust bracelet for use in angry/stressful situations

I am constantly twiddling with necklace pendants and have a hair band on my wrist at all times, for particular use in stressful situations at work - usually involves me stretching/pulling it with gusto under the desk/out of view of others.

I would like something nice on my wrist that looks nice, incongruous but can also withstand me twanging it. Nice things tend to look like they'd break and in the middle of being stressed, I don't want to have to scamble on the floor for bits of necklace.

Any ideas?

A cord bracelet might work. It would be pretty hard to break and you could put beads on it to fiddle wiith.

There are quite a few hairband bracelets around - like a smarter hairband with a silver/gold charm attached to dress it up. Have a look at By Eloise for example. If you had a stack of 3 of them it would probably look more like a bracelet and less like a hairband?

Not the most cost effective option. But a friend uses her Pandora bracelet like this...

I do have actual fidget toys (nee doh cube is my favourite)

I used to use Greek worry beads for this.

Thank you for the ideas. A few brands I'd not heard of.

Spent last night scrolling through loads of website and now my social media is full it. I look like a shopaholic!

Still not decided which to buy though!
