Peri with an autoimmune condition. Need help! Vegetarian, but share anything as it may help others.

Lemon, ginger, turmeric, honey, black pepper. Any other magic drinks? Good recipes?

Why is it difficult to get enough sleep and stay hydrated?!

I find growing my own veg is very satisfying. Even with just a patio or balcony, you can grow a surprising amount in just pots. I currently have a glut of cucumber, courgettes, trombonchini, runner beans and tomatoes, so here are some of my regular recipes. I also try to eat what is in season, as its often cheaper and normally fresher:

@JDM625 We also grow a lot. Had some delicious berries, lots of courgettes and waiting for the next crops. Eating fresh organic food is so good.

Thank you for the recipes, the runner bean recipes look delicious.

For the tomato glut, grilled tomatoes with oregano and olive oil go with everything.
