Any dentists/endodontist here that could help me?

My dentist has told me, as well a radiologist on Reddit that I do not need a root canal on this tooth. PCOD was mentioned. The nerve is alive as tested by cold test and the electric test.

For the last month this tooth has been sensitive and aching. I don’t need pain killers but it aches, more like a pressure. The 3 teeth next to get random pains mainly the one 2 away.

I clench my teeth and the 2 I mentioned with the worse pain and the teeth above it feel pressure and I know they have been clenched together all night, even though I’m wearing a guard. The two I mentioned directly hit the teeth above.

Yesterday I had a lot of stress and when I woke up behind my ears and jaw hurt so I knew I had clenched a lot. Today this tooth has ached all day. On other days if another out the 4 aches, the one stops.

What I wanted to ask why is this tooth aching so much, the others come and go but this one has been aching for a month, sometimes I feel the ache all day, sometimes it’s on and a off and a tingle in the other teeth.

I also noticed when I am stressed, it aches more and I feel a burning in my chin, directly below it and behind my ear.

I was just worry as on my xray, that dark spot is shown, and this tooth keeps aching.

Any dentists/endodontist here that could help me?
