I have lived here for 9 years now and never had this problem until about four months ago.
Every time I order something online it gets sent to a different address, so say I live at 27 Easy road its keeps getting sent to 27 Easy street. We have different postcodes.
It's happening with DHL, DPD and the odd time Royal Mail. I'm going to the other address to pick up my parcels and it's clear now because of the amount of times they might think I'm a scammer or something. They have gone from handing over my parcels to now saying they didn't get them to not answering the door at all. I'm not going everyday or anything but it can sometimes be twice a week.
I have explained to them what the issue is and apologised each time but I can tell it's annoying them so not really sure what I'm supposed to do.
My address is correct everywhere I order from and if there is ever anywhere I can write instructions I make sure to put Easy road NOT easy street but it's still happening.
anyone else had this? how did you fix it?
