I have an interview for a lecturer post for a university, for an affiliated course under the university's umbrella but for a different organisation

I don't really want to be too specific, but it's like I would be an ambulance paramedic lecturing paramedic students so under the NHS directly but affiliated with the university and lecturing under their banner (full time)

Does anyone know what sort of questions I may be asked by the university side? I assume things like my lecturing experience, etc, but are there any particular hot topics I might get asked about? I know it's very difficult to answer without specifics but I have no idea what to expect to be asked!

Universities generally are hell bent on ensuring a good student experience, personalised learning, co-creation of classes/content and tech at the minute. Do some Googling about those topics for ideas.

Many Ed environments are also referring to students as learners these days. Get the terminology right (check the job description/ad). Good luck!

Safeguarding. Theres a mandatory section on how you would ensure safeguarding, and/or give an example of where you have identified and acted on a safeguarding concern.
