Jaffa cakes... or biscuits?

My DC7 saw this recently, and asked...
'Well, why are they in the biscuit section then?' 😄

What's your opinion (we all know they are officially classed as 'cakes' by McVities) as to why they're in the biscuit aisle?

Cake.

We all know tomato is technically a fruit but you don't see them in the fruit aisle.
