Leave the house right now and wait outside.

you and anyone else who was in the house should also get evaluated by a doctor today

Guys here they cant find anything...the alarm fell off the wall a few days ago..BG stuck it to the wall with a sticky pad! But alarm didnt go off at all last few days. So they think it might be a broken alarm. Its a sealed one so they cant see inside.
They are now running a test, and next will be to check appliances.

If all clear will give me a new alarm and if that goes off to call them immediately.

No Co in house but because doors and windows are open that could be why ... so hence all the additional checks

We had a visit from the fire service the other day to check alarms, etc, and their advice was - if the CO alarm goes off - get everyone out, but DON’T open all windows and doors because it makes it difficult to detect what is causing the issue when they investigate.
I appreciate that is counterintuitive!

Well electrician came...all ok, nothing whatsoever at fault no voltage leaks etc showing. Cost me a hefty call out charge!!! So I called the emergency gas line again to get reconnected...because when the guy left he said get your electrics checked and then re ring us and we'll come back and reconnect. Holding for 50 mins got to speak to someone who said no I dont do that!!!

Told me I have to find and pay someone to reconnect.I asked to speak to a manager as I have paid out for an emergency electrician when nothing was wrong and no way can I afford to now get a gas man to reconnect, waited 10 mins then got cut off!!!!! Im fuming. Tried to call back no. 20 in queue!!!
