Just looking for ideas for next summer

We have been thinking about next Summer holidays this week. Can't do abroad due to pets so thinking about the Highlands.

We fancy Lake Garda or one of the Italian lakes. So much to do now our kids are a bit older and we're out of the really little phase. Plus good range of accomodation depending on how flush we're feeling haha
Also a nice quick flight to Milan from London and then we would hire a car.
