Please excuse all the weeds in the background. We recently moved and I don’t know where to start!!

OP, I have no idea, but in one occasion my ex burned down our greenhouse (eye roll) and I assumed all the plants were doomed, but in fact, most of them grew back the following spring - so I’d keep it and let it take its chance. Just do whatever you normally do with it. The worst that can happen is you have a dead plant for seven or eight months.

I literally bought it a month ago, repotted it and it died very quickly. Granted, we went away for a weekend when it was hot, and it didn’t get watered, but I thought it would survive that. πŸ™ˆ

Sorry OP, that looks completely dead to me. I don't grow anything in pots as they dry out so quickly.

Snap one of the stems. If it's completely dry and brittle Im afraid it's too late to revive it. If it's a bit bendy and there is evidence of green inside the stem. Chop it back a bit, keep well watered, give it some high nitrogen plant food and see what happens!

Cut one of the stems near the base & see what it’s like inside. If it’s green, it’s alive, cut off the dead bits, give it a water, put it in the shade (or at least out of direct, harsh sun) & see what happens. If it’s brown/dry inside it’s dead.
