Gift for nursery nurse ideas

My daughter is leaving the nursery she has been at for the last three years and I’d like to get her main nursery nurse a gift.
This issue is I know nothing of substance about her. I know she’s 24, pierced ears, is the oracle of all things according to my daughter.
I do know that my daughter loves the bones of her, I’d like a gift that shows our thanks as a family for her care and attention, she is so very lovely.
My daughter has chosen her a packet of chocolate biscuits as they are her favourite, but what else?
Ideas please.

I received some lovely gifts from parents when I worked in a nursery, but to be honest my favourite ever was a lovely letter from the mum of the child I wrote my college child study on. I had to give the parents a copy and she said in her letter it made her realise how well I knew the child and cared for them and that she, a university lecturer, thought it was a really good piece of work. It gave me a real boost and I still have it in my memory box 22 years later.
