Wedding witnesses needed - Launceston Cornwall 16/9

Just that really...we are eloping and need 2 witnesses on 16th September. Venue is Launceston registry office which I believe is by the library - we could ask for volunteers from the library but I'm worrying in case a) no-one is there or b) they don't want to do it!!
Wedding is at 2.30. Can anybody help?🤞🤞🤞🤞

Watching this thread as I’m relatively close by and could bring a friend along as the second witness but if someone else is available then I’m happy to be in reserve in case they can’t make it. I will PM you.
