Hi I need a root canal on a front incisor. I had a xray 3 days ago which showed it’s just this tooth that’s infected.
It’s the 2nd one from the middle. Now all incisors but the one next to it, spontaneously keep aching and having sharp pains.
Could I have damaged them? Maybe by grinding my teeth at night? Or can it be my brain confusing the pain from the actually infected one?
