I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this. I had the pill for years but due to health issues can no longer have it prescribed. I opted for the Mirena coil which was a disaster from the start (lots of pain, symptoms and had to have it removed in hospital). I only had it in for one month.
3 days after removal I had a 3 day bleed (I assume withdrawal bleed). Then 2 weeks later I had a one day bleed. Around 4 days after the 1 day bleed I started feeling exhausted. For the last 3 weeks I've been exhausted, having hot flushes and felt nauseous. Ive been having weird pain in my tummy but nothing like period pain . I'm also having crazy, vivid dreams every single night (something I also got when starting the pill).
I've read about the "Mirena crash" where you can get all these symptoms. Has anyone had the same? And how long did it last? Obviously my cycle is out of whack and I'm clueless!
