which no7 day and night creams ? its all so confusing (posting here for traffic)

do they effectively all the the same thing ?

I'm in my early 50s and am confused what to buy.

The day one has SPF in it, and the night cream is a bit thicker/heavier. I use the Protect & Perfect ones and really rate them.
