Brighton short trip with teen

We are visiting Brighton from next Sunday until Thursday. What activities could anyone recommend for my dd14 and I? I have tried to find a pottery taster session but there is nothing available for the days we are there.
I have looked up previous posts on mumsnet, and have planned to go to the upside down house, sea life and the hello kitty cafe.
I really wanted to do something a bit different that might spark a new hobby for my dd and I. She isn't interested in street art, but open to any other suggestions, if any one could help

-Glo balls at the Marina
-Get the bus to Rottingdean beach (ten mins along the coast) - lovely undercliff walk back to the marina
-Visit Duke of York’s (oldest cinema in the UK)
-Kayaking & paddle board hire
-Beach box Sauna (seafront) & Luna hut cafe sauna (on London rd) both great
-Loads of fab restaurants 🫶

By the way not sure if you mean this coming Sunday - if so it’s still Pride weekend! 🏳️‍🌈
