What does this look like to you? (Baby spots)

14 month old has been under the weather the last 24 hours, threw up twice. No temp just feels abit warm. Seems generally ok through the day. Eating and wetting nappies. These spots have started to appear all over his body gradually throughout the day... (they disappear with pressure then show back up)

Would a viral infection bring on spots like this? Sorry I'm clueless and just worrying

Viral rash, my son got them with every illness at that age. Lots of trips to GP but was always viral

Viral rash. It could be chickenpox but I think they would have blistered by now. My 15m gets similar spots when she’s run down.
