In the user manual [page7] for the Wow Continental
it says that before use for a new baby or every 18 months the system should be returned to Cosatto for "inspection / overhaul /service / reconditioning"
I can fnd no details of what this entails or cost however such work is apparently
not covered by the 4 year guarantee given to the original purchaser ????
Does anyone on here have any experience of this reccomended service?
The lady I have been talking to at the company does not appear to know of this requirement and can give me no details. Her comment ws items are normally only returned for repair of damaged or faulty parts !
