DH has ordered a Furla bag for my birthday, it is shipped from Italy on DDP terms, so all customs’ fees, taxes and brokerage are included. I have ordered three times from them previously - no issues. This time UPS are asking for £55 to release it.
DH has contacted Furla and raised a dispute with UPS, both acknowledged the issue and now we have had radio silence from both for over a week. No bag and he is a few hundred pounds out of pocket.
Does anyone have any idea how we should proceed? Both say “it’s in the system”…
