Ds got his ehcp in September after a long fight with the LA. It still wasn't right and we are still fighting them on the details. He has autism and emotional development delay (his actual age is 11 but emotionally he is like a 3 year old). He is academically able but his grades have been gradually going down over the past few years. Last year he was greater depth in maths and the rest of the subjects were a mixture of working towards and expected and working way behind in PE. This years report says he is working at greater depth for maths and reading and expected for everything else. I'm amazed and the ehcp was definitely worth fighting for.
