Urgent : how to contact ticketmaster (concert tmw)

I can't access my tickets for a gig tmw. Everything is automated on the app so no one replying to my query! I was meant to transfer my tickets to my brother and we are all panicking. Is there a human number anyone has used? Will we seriously miss the show!

Were the tickets attached to an email?

@EVHead so they are meant to be on the app, but when I click on the ticket details, there is no barcode or option to transfer. It says your tickets aren't quite ready yet. I just set up an X account now and tweeted them but im clueless with tweeting/wasn't sure whether to tweeting the order number.

Try this number during opening hours:

  • From the UK: 0161 217 8435
  • From outside the UK: 0044 161 217 8435

Our lines are open during the following hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00

I had a concert postponed last minute, ie night before. The tickets hadn’t been available at all up to that point.
hopefully you get sorted this morning.

I hope so but I got an email on the 14th saying saying we would be able access tickets no later than 3 days before. I've never had this issue before. Glad (!) to hear someone else is seeing the same thing. Can you @DangerousMouse post if you get access?

Thanks all - i tweeted ticketmaster and they are saying there is a 'slight delay' - luckily i did this as there was a whole heap of people asking the same thing. It's absolutely ridiculous as not everyone uses X/Twitter or would have a clue about this.

I had this issue a while back i phoned them the tickets just hadn't appeared i now no longer use the app my nerves can't cope, .have you logged into your account on the internet.

I sometimes have a problem getting in on the app, but get in on the website and find my tickets there.

Yes i dont bother with apps now i do the same with ATG i just download them from email or my account then put them in my google wallet.

I’ve contacted them via their online chat bot thingy and they’ve released the tickets to me, it only took them a couple of hours so maybe message them via that

If it's for Kendrick Lamar, I emailed customer service and they immediately activated the tickets in my Ticketmaster account, extremely helpful and fast service.
