Anyone else suffering with asthma in humidity?

I have pretty severe asthma and I am really struggling with the high humidity- is anyone else? I am fine with hot and sunny weather that is DRY but dampness is the enemy of my chest and my hair 🤦🏼‍♀️!

I’ve had a course of prednisone already.

Yes! It's awful.

I was on holiday a few weeks ago where it was 36 degrees and dry and I had much more energy and stamina walking round all day. Friday I walked home from work and spent yesterday feeling out of breath and struggling to do housework. I'm on Fostair and unusually had to have an extra dose by lunchtime. I've only had asthma for a couple of years after having COVID but this high humidity is a real struggle. I'm sorry to hear you are suffering. On a lighter note I've almost given up with my hair and considering getting it cut really short.

I’m the same @Genehuntsfanclub- dry heat is fine for me too. I’m on Montelukast as well
as Relvar but still struggling in this weather
