<Sorry, this is long>
Travelling to airport (not UK) with DH and DC.
Get on and go towards a 4 seat configuration.
One man sitting in one of the aisle seats glances at our carry on size cases, and in an authoritative tone proceeds to tell me to put them on the luggage rack.
We'd been on the train less than 30 seconds at this point.
DH (slightly behind us) was in the process of putting them up there anyway.
DC and I sit down opposite this man. The window seat next to him has his shopping bag on it so DH sits elsewhere.
Within a couple of minutes this man takes a call which gets progressively louder and louder.
A woman sitting in the aisle seat on the opposite side of the train asks him to tone it down.
He doesn't and takes a few more calls (phone constantly ringing).
The woman gets pissed off and goes off then comes back with the ticket inspector who shushes the man and tells him to quieten down.
He is quiet for a couple of minutes but his phone is still constantly ringing.
Train gets busier and more people get on.
Annoying man then gets poked from another man sitting behind him to move his shopping bag so other people can sit down.
This whole thing played out over a 35 minute journey but it honestly made my day to see him chastised by the other passengers.
I wanted to applaud the woman in particular and I wish I understood Portugese so I knew what she said to him!
