on holiday ,typically have done “something” to my shoulder ,not anything a & e. Can realistically help with

where in Gateshead could I buy a shoulder support ,preferably with an integrated ice pack

would order on Amazon but on a bit of a road trip up to Aberdeen so only one night in each place

I would try Boots. Maybe even Sports Direct.

If your going to see the millennium bridge you could walk up into Newcastle city centre - there’s sports direct, boots etc. that will be quicker than going to team valley or the metrocentre from the bridge
