Presents / experiences idea for 12 week postpartum wifes birthday

Hi everyone

My wifes birthday is coming up and its a milestone so want to give her the best time I can so was hoping for some ideas.

She will be 12 weeks post partum at the time, she had a c section but its healed well so at the moment i'm looking at booking her a nice massage to start the day.

Other ideas on experiences I can look into will be appreciated :)

It will depend on whether she is happy leaving the baby and or breastfeeding?

The only thing I’d have wanted 12 weeks postpartum is a bath in peace followed by a day in bed, some nice snacks and a full nights sleep!

Honestly, I’d have loved vouchers to my favourite shop (or a big department store like Flannels or Selfridges), as all my clothes felt out of date and ill fitting. Buying a few new bits made me feel massively better. Unless she loves massages, I wouldn’t have been too keen on one, especially in the early months of breastfeeding - laying on stomach not comfortable etc

However a haircut or manicure and pedicure, would have been great!

Yep she doesn't mind leaving the baby for a couple of hours, combi feeding so I can easily take over.

Manicure and pedicure sounds good, I'll add that to the shortlist!

I went out post c section three weeks later for my Birthday. We went out for a meal and I thoroughly enjoyed a few wines and husband was in charge of the baby until about midday the following day !
