Not too serious, just curious if anyone else gets this.
I’ve taken up some light jogging with a friend recently because I look at myself in the mirror and I’m not liking what I’m seeing 🤣 about an hour before we are supposed to go, a random part of my body starts to get in excruciating pain, basically like rolling a dice on which part hurts. Thing is, as soon as I push through and go, I’m perfectly ok, same goes for afterwards. It’s always right before, as if my body is trying to pull out all the stops on the exercise train. Does anyone else get this?
