how long to hear back after a pip review assesment?

I helped my disabled family member when they got their pip review form, sent it back to them and she had a phone assesment today, she is worried that they will randomly stop her pip at some point (happened before, she had to do a madatory reconsideration and then it went to appeal and she won the appeal but she went 9 months without pip)

she is now scared this is going to happen again and is now trying to work out her finances if they do stop her pip again and its not good, as in she won't have enough to live on. how long in general does it take for them to make a decision after a review assesment?

she is due a payment on the 24th of this month then another on august 21st, is she likely to get these payments or could the one in august be stopped?

I have never been on pip so I have no idea what to tell her.

It is really difficult to give a time scale as it seems to vary so much. I helped two people complete a review form and both had a phone assessment in the same week. One received a decision 2 weeks later and the other one hasn't heard after 7 weeks.

I had a PIP review in October but no phone assessment. Got my decision in May x
