Have you used a piano teaching app to learn to play?

I’m very tempted to buy a subscription to something but would like recommendations please,
my erratic life style makes it tricky to commit to face to face lessons
so I thought I’d have a go at teaching myself until I can settle down.
Its mostly for brain training as my menopausal brain is very much on strike.

My son used simply piano for a year before he started lessons. When he started lessons he was ready to learn his grade 1 pieces - which are not as easy as you might think.

It was a great app. I believe if offered a free trial so perhaps still does.

I’ve been using Simply Piano, I like it.

I’ll take a look. Thanks

If you're new to both the piano and to music generally I think there's quite a high chance of picking up bad habits if you learn solely from an app with no face-to-face tuition.

I have no possibility of face to face tuition in the short term.
