How about those flavoured syrups that you can add to coffees? I have bought some for my teenager before. They also do fancy looking coffee cups in Starbucks and Costa to use in your house if your teen likes those. They probably have these for a bargain price in home bargains or more expensive from the actual shops. (I always like a bargain!)

Never heard of coffee syrups do you litterly just put them in the cup? Or is it via a coffee type machine?

Coffee syrup is a great idea , you just put abit in your coffee . You can buy them from tesco / home bargains / amazon in lots of flavours like vanilla, caramel, hazelnut.
other ideas could be lilo and stitch lego set , nice fairy lights for her room , a starbucks voucher ?

My 17yo DD has got back into Lego. What about this?

Or an air fix kit?

Ukholidaysaregreat · 14/07/2025 12:29

A nice travel mug would work for coffee or iced latte. Last time i went into Primark they were crawling with Lilo and Stitch stuff, I got a little tote bag with her initial on for my cousin but you said she is not into bags. As soon as i saw aeroplanes i thought an airfix model. Would she like a trip to an aeroplane museum? Not sure where you are, but there is the fleet air arm museum in Yeovilton or the midland air museum near Coventry.

We went to an aeroplane museum last year. We are also going to an air show very soon. I will look at the model. Thank you

You just put them in the cup andit works with both hot and cold drinks! The ones you were looking at seem good. A set of syrups would be a great idea, actually, and you can get her a high quality mug or a tumbler for her coffees. If she likes the smell of coffee, then you can add bath bombs, body lotion, scented candles etc with a coffee scent.

Check out Adele's official store, there might be some clothing items your DD would like, or maybe some accessories. A signed copy of an album could be a good idea but only if she's ever expressed her wish to have one (most people use streaming these days, but some do collect CDs). If there is nothing you'd like to give her, you can make a poster from Adele's picture (here is a guide for that) and print it out.

As for the aeroplanes, really do look into models, there are DIY kits where you build an aeroplane model yourself, some people do that for years and years and have collections of their models. Might be a good idea as well.
