Really quite peed off 😢Found a beautiful dress on FB Marketplace which the seller had agreed to post if I could wait until she returned from holiday. No problem. She marked it as sold for me. I waited a couple of days after she got home then messaged this morning to ask for a rough estimate of postage costs & to provide my address. Her reply said that her daughter had been round, tried the dress on & decided she wants it so it’s no longer available! She did apologise & hoped I understood but left the chat before reading my response. I asked why she wasn’t able to tell her daughter that the dress was sold to me! So frustrating . It was a really good price too plus no longer stocked on the website. I did wonder whether to try messaging her on her main FB profile but maybe that’s a bit invasive. Probably wouldn’t change anything either.
