Hoping someone tech savvy will know the answer to this! 🙏🏼
I have spent hours trying to fix whatever it is that is causing the "Network Error" or "Technical Error" type messages that I am getting on some of my frequently used apps - namely Strava, Facebook, Stack Team App.
Okay, so I can live without them for a bit when I am out and about, but why pay for data if it doesn't work on some apps? They work perfectly fine when I have WiFi, and I have checked my data allowance which is full, given that it has renewed just today.
I have tried the following and still get nothing:
- Turning phone on and off and restarting.
- Going through mobile data usage and
checking that they are allowing data usage for background when power saver is on.
-Clearing the cache of apps affected
-Removing the sim and then putting it back in the phone.
-Uninstalling and reinstalling the apps.
- Resetting the network preferences.
- Switching airplane mode on and off
They are all from the list of the link below when I Google searched.
I'm out of ideas. My phone has also got significantly slower and less responsive. It's a Samsung A32 that I bought back in 2021.
Other than trying another network and replacing the phone, what else have I missed?
Thanks in advance.
