Are there any natural ways to reduce breast size?

I'm struggling. For reference mine are 32hh. Simply finding a summer top feels like such a battle. Spaghetti straps are out unless I have a big chunky bra strap on show. I can't do backless, anything with fitted cups, front tie or halterneck tops whilst tshirts give me the dreaded 'boob shelf'- where it looks like my waist and stomach are much bigger than they are. It's not as simple as just going out to buy a new top, i always have to factor them in and usually come away empty handed. I'm a fitness instructor and i long to wear racerback style tops or strappy yoga tops but it's just not enough support. I feel really self concsious teaching too as I feel like i look so top heavy and my sports bras don't give me a very nice shape. Being home alone and going braless is uncomfortable and sweaty in the summer and bras are equally as uncomfortable day to day. I've been fitted at bravissimo so I'm confident I'm wearing the right size. I used to be smaller but three children later and they've just ballooned. I don't have the funds for a breast reduction at the moment but I'm utterly miserable with them! Has any one managed to reduce the size of theirs via natural means? Help!

I lost five stone and mine pretty much disappeared but it doesn’t sound like you have weight to lose. Maybe worth trying on the NHS if you are struggling with any symptoms e.g. back pain.

Only by losing weight and getting to the lower end of my BMI. My boobs shrank before my tummy finally did!
There isn’t a cream or potion or anything that will shrink them I’m afraid.

Losing 25kg helped me lose half my breast size

Unfortunately I really don’t think there is. I can lose weight to the point of gauntness and it doesn’t come off my boobs. Solidarity from a 32G

it's awful isn't it. Can't find a proper business-like swimming costume that fits (H cup). Looks dreadful with the breasts cut in half by the standard costumes.

I feel your pain OP! Mine aren’t quite as big but a 32G whilst the rest of me is a size 8-10, nothing has ever fit properly and I hate not being able to wear strapless tops. Following this thread for any advice

30J and I hear you!!! The Curvy Kate EveryMove sports bra is by far the best for movement- I’m a marathon runner but the thing is such a fucker to get on that I need DH’s help to get in and out of it, which isn’t always practical. Bravissimo’s own swimwear is fab. Been this way since I was 18, no kids, rest of me is size 8/10 and it’s SO out of proportion for my frame.

I’ve simply given up on strappy tops/dresses- no solution would actually be comfortable to wear all day as I need the support. Instead I go for T shirts and tuck into high waisted shorts. The Boden vest double layer vest tops with the wider shoulder are also amazing to not show bras and I have many of these, though Bravissimo do have a few bras in your size with a racer back if you wanted that option.

I also would love to lost a bit of the fullness and weight of them without needing surgery but I haven’t found the answer yet- they make me top end of BMI for my height but I don’t have weight to lose from the rest of me!!!

I definitely could do with losing a bit if weight i think so this is probably the best place to start isn't it. I never lost it all after each pregnancy so I'm probably the heaviest I've ever been whilst still being within the 'normal' bmi, if that makes sense.

Bravissimo’s Cancun suit is a classic and definitely makes me look more in proportion without giving cleavage. They also sell cup sized Speedo suits which go up to J I think

Following. 36HH here and also struggling to dress in this heat 😫

Extreme weight loss, breastfeeding four children and aging took care of mine 🙂

I think your GP will first discuss you losing weight before considering breast reduction any way.
