So tomorrow I'm hand delivering the signed contract to the solicitors. Next stage should be exchanging once the buyer signs. If anything goes wrong now you'll find me gibbering to myself in a pile somewhere.

I'm selling the family home after death of both parents. I can't even begin to describe how stressful it's been. My siblings arguing about the will, possessions, money etc. Old things from the past being thrown in my face on top of trying to grieve for the loss of my parents.

I'm an absolute bag of nerves today and preying the buyers do not pull out at the last minute🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. It's taken a year to find a serious buyer🙄.

So stressful selling a house, everything crossed that it goes smoothly for now onwards, the buyers have presumably spent some money by now so hopefully that is a good sign.

I’m selling and it’s doing my head in. The buyers are being completely unreasonable, having dropped their offer over stupid easily fixable minor issues.

This on top of losing my DH unexpectedly at the end of last year.

We're selling, to really pedantic, nervous and frustrating first time buyers. It's a nightmare. Our solicitor is completely fed up of them also. Solidarity to others also struggling!
