I’m middle aged so everyone goes batshit over stuff from the 80s like pet shop boys and Alison Moyet, Cindy Lauper, Eurythmics, Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen etc.

There is tons of it and objectively there are some fantastic tracks, I do have one or two favourites. But it’s the ultimate cringe to me. People who get stuck in the era that they were young - it’s such a cliche. I actively seek out and prefer to listen to new stuff.
