I need to go and get something to make for lunch. I can pretty much have anything as it's only for me. I'm doing 18/6 fasting so it needs to be a substantial meal as I wont eat after16 00 until 10 00 tomorrow morning. I have had 2 coffees and 2 slices of sourdough toast with butter so far today. I want something healthy but tasty and easy and I'm not sure what.
Can anyone inspire me please.
