I need to go and buy shoes

Which I hate doing. No one is available to come with me so I need to go alone. I tried ordering online but I need to try them on properly. The other nerve racking thing is I will have to ask the shop assistant for different sizes. Ive listed which shops I will go to in order of where they are in the shopping centre so I know my route. Any other words of support please?

You’ll feel dead proud of yourself afterwards! I hate doing things like this alone too. But I have severe anxiety. I end up feeling really accomplished on the days when I can get out and do something alone, even just a food shop!

Just do it, without pleasure, own your anxiety, and treat yourself to something tasty afterwords. I get like that with dentist, got to be did 😂

Go shoe shopping later in the day. Our feet naturally swell a bit during the day.
