Been having this bizarre sensation since the weekend...the tip of my tongue is extremely sore and painful, feels like a cut. When I press it into the back of my teeth it hurts even more. But visibly, looks totally normal?! What on earth is this?
My vitamins i.e. b12, iron etc were all normal in a recent blood test.
