My daughter is 13 but 5’4” so takes an adult size. I don’t know where I can go nowadays for a decent selection of swimsuits. For decency I need a child’s style but in a larger size. She also loves pink and more childish designs .Do sports shops still stock them?

Next kids' swimwear goes up to age 16, so should fit her. There are quite a few swimsuits with good coverage, in fun prints.

I agree Next, my 10 year old is very tall too and we got a good selection to try on from Next, they have sporty options and more fun ones on their website (she ended up in adidas age 13-14)

Surf type shops normally have more modest swimsuits with colourful designs, like animal, saltrock... also, look up the brand Lagooners on mandmdirect

Decathlon have a really nice range of swimming costumes, they have normal shape ones as well as ones with shorts.

We went to a large go outdoors who had a good range of sporty swimsuits and we could try them on.
