Anyone got a good packing list for 7 day PGL?

I have the list from PGL but finding it a bit vague “plenty of t-shirts” and “a few old sweatshirts” etc

What have people found good in practice?

More old clothes than you could ever imagine. Clothes you don't want back or clothes you don't mind binning afterwards.
Don't underestimate quite how disgusting week old lake water infested clothes actually are!

Ah! Amazing thanks - I was leaning towards old camp t-shirts from other things they have been to so that reinforces!

Honestly, take more socks and pants than you think. Mud gets everywhere. Also: old trainers, not your nice ones, they’ll get wrecked.
