How does one become an ADHD coach in the UK?

I am a TA at a secondary school and it's destroying my soul. The bitchiness, the politics, the toxicity... I love the kids though, and I am so good with them! I've learned to support them and I've educated myself along the way. Thinking about how to get out of here but still be able to do this job and earn a living, just not in this environment. Does anyone know how I even go about earning some sort of qualification to be an adhd & asd coach for secondary school students?

Have you been aware of this position as existing?

What do you mean by politics and toxicity? Amongst staff?

Yes I mean amongst staff, bitchiness and unhappiness, backstabbing, lack of peer support. It's draining.

I looked on google and that came up with an organisation that could be worth looking into.
