Anyone else think it's just a matter of time before this pops up on Netflix as a two part documentary about how the couple swindled Hollywood?

Lots of people probably chomping at the bit to do interviews, especially Jason Isaacs and Gillian Anderson who will tell the story of how they were conned.

That is how the film makers will recover from the situation.

I understand that Salt Path is a work of fiction, although there would be nuggets of events that happened.

It’s non-fiction and they’re a pair of grifters. Check out The Observer’s investigation into them.

There is another thread running with 400+ posts following today's Observer expose of the two characters as criminally corrupt through and through.

Just read the article - hope every single person puts them through small claims court with a magistrate who can read a bullshit meter.

I think it will be interesting to see how people will react to this revelation. There's no worse sin than making people feel they've been tricked or deceived somehow.
