What nice thing happened to you recently?

I forgot about this until today - popped into supermarket and had forgotten my card.

The lady at the checkout said don't worry, I'll scan those and you can have them for free, you are always in here.

It was two items for about £4.50, which was much appreciated as I go in there often.

Had quite a tough week otherwise so thought I would try and focus on something positive!

I was walking along a rural road to catch a bus in the next village when an older lady in a Morris Traveller stopped and asked if I would like a lift. It turned out she was going to the same place as me so I had lovely lift in Doris the Morris.

My daughter texted me to say my granddaughter has taken her first steps. She had to wear a leg harness for 5 months so this is doubly exciting.

I had a nice evening out last night, it was friendly, there was a bit of live music….it was just nice.

Oh these are lovely. Especially the baby first steps.
