Are you vocal when watching sport on TV

<Ahem> by vocal I mean being loud and shouty 😳

We are all watching tennis.
DC2 and I are getting very "vocal" - lots of "Come on!" and "YES!" , with a couple of air punches involved.

DH and DC1 keep looking over at us 😂

My Mum told me off for screaming when Andy Murray won

Themomentsheknewshefkedup · 04/07/2025 20:34

Yes I am! So is DH! Nothing over the top though

murasaki · 04/07/2025 20:36

Yes. Unapologetically so.

WingBingo · 04/07/2025 20:37

Yes I am! Come on Emma!!

BigJanette · 04/07/2025 20:37

Just shouted YES! 😳

Slightly delayed watching due to DC faffing.
So was an Emma point.
Don't shoot me 😆

Yes. Have been known to swear my head off at the football 😱😂

Theeyeballsinthesky · 04/07/2025 20:58

Of course!! DH and I compete to shout at the TV

BigJanette · 06/07/2025 18:34

Does anyone do the calls as well? 🤭

I clap during question time

Isesgirl · 06/07/2025 21:01

I have just shouted the house down at Lando Norris winning the British grand prix. Shouted, clapped and possibly had a few tears of joy.

Everyone in my house is used to it. Plus my husband is very vocal when Leeds United play.

The kids just roll their eyes at both of us 😁

Depends how emotionally involved I am.

Last night, watching England Lionesses ? Yes.
Tonight, watching Switzerland vs Iceland ? No
