Do you know the smell I’m talking about? I don’t find it pleasant and I don’t know how to describe it but it’s very distinct!

No, I wouldn't know the smell you're talking about but if it's anything like the sunscreens that are most popular where I am, the smell that has always been associated with sunscreens and suntan oils is that of coconut which I find sickly sweet and revolting!

It's the smell of holidays and beaches. That's all I've got!

Like @blueskydays45 - it’s the smell of summer, of holidays, of happy times.

Funny enough this scent I’ve only smelt in cities, it’s not a beach smell and not a sweet or coconutty scent. I can’t describe it - I need to do some research.

I know what you mean OP, I've started using Ultrasun which doesn't have it.
