Is there an eye mask (for sleeping) that does take you too hot?!

It's bloody boiling in our attic room at the mo so we need the skylights open overnight. Hence the sunlight streams in from very early on, and combined with the bastard birds I am ready to commit murder by 5am. I have a nice soft silk mask from M&S but I've not had much success with it. I tried the no pressure ones (moulded, with recesses so you can open your eyes) in Decathlon recently and was impressed - does anyone have this style and do you like it? Tbh I don't know if the other one makes me hot or I'm just furious at birds, my snoring husband and my bastard peri-meno age 😳

Hush sometimes do them but I find the band big for my head

I have a few of the no pressure ones and love them. The traditional ones really made my eyelashes crazy! I don't find them hot, but we do have a fan on at night too

I sleep every night using one of these cheap and cheerful masks. I've had them three years, stick them in the washing machine regularly and they're still going strong. They've not made me too hot even in the recent weather.

They're no good if you want the moulded ones where you can open your eyes though!

Thanks all - @Butthechildrentheylovethebooks, at that price I'll give it a try, thank you!

I spent a fortune on a silky padded wrap around one…and it is too hot.

So now I use the free one you get on the plane…very flimsy but does the job. There’s a lesson there…
