Your favourite salad recipe please

I'm looking for inspiration.
We do Waldorf coleslaw quinoa salad.The green bean tomato onion one.
A spicy carrot one and baked beetroot.What are your favourite salad recipes that are just vegetarian please.

Sweet potato cubes and a tin of butter beans tossed in oil with cajun seasoning then roasted until beans pop and potato soft and slightly charred. Add to dressed rocket and watercress leaves while still warm (or cold), chuck on some feta cheese and sprinkle on pomegranate seeds.

I made this at the weekend to accompany a BBQ. Everyone loved it! Summer salad

I love this one as it has no leaves in so doesn’t go soggy. I sometimes make it without the chickpeas - if you don’t like them you could add some cooked orzo instead.

So for this recipe you need to cut everything small.

Onion
Parsley
Coriander
Tin of chick peas
Mix with lemon juice, salt and olive oil

Kale shredded finely with a ceasar dressing, looks great on the table due to the dark green kale. Dress with ceasar dressing at the last minute.

Perfect different vinaigrettes and you can pretty much have any version of a salad that tastes good.

Watermelon, feta, cucumber, mint.
