90s book telling kids how to send off for things

Does anyone remember it? I LOVED it. Every page had a different company and you could send them a stamped addressed envelope (even that phrase is so evocative, ha!) and they would send you badges and things.

I think this book was around in the late 80’s too , I still have randomly some grapefruit spoons ( spoons with a serrated top part ) which are used regularly, no idea which company sent them to me but definitely from the book .
