I’m off out, I’ve got a carton of Um bongo and some opal fruits. I’ve got a wham tape in my Walkman and I’m wearing leg warmers and my best ra ra skirt.
Who’s coming and what are you bringing ?

and my blue stilettos, I loved them. Wore them everywhere. Often with a pair of blue jeans with piping down the side,white I think, or possibly red 😎

Also bringing my pencil skirt which I must say I rocked back then. I was a lot slimmer pre-kids!

I’m wearing my pedal pushers, pixie boots and flouncy shirt with my hair crimped and back combed to within an inch of its life, electric blue eyeliner/mascara and twilight teaser lippie with Constance Carroll lip-gloss. A bottle of cinzano under arm, and ready to defend Spandau Ballet to the death.

I had a pair of those jeans. Very tight, darker blue with white piping down the side. Wore them with electric blue stilettoes and a red and white striped low backed batwing jumper. I can see it now. Electric blue huge earrings, chunky beads, eye liner and mascara, bright red lipstick and a Farah fawcett hair do! What a sight to behold.
Sometimes wore those jeans with red Tikka boots and leg warmers.

I've pulled on my Global Hypercolour t-shirt and my Dunlop Green Flash. There's a Marathon and a Quattro in my Head bag, so I'm good to go!

I might come and join you for pre drinks before heading off to the local rock club, even though I’m at least two years too young to be there if it’s mid 90s. I’m wearing a ditsy floral babydoll dress or possibly a lacy satin babydoll nightie, fishnet tights and cherry docs. I’ve done my roots with L’Oréal Preference black dye and spent ages on my eyeliner flicks. I’ve got my Rimmel Black Cherries lipstick and some White Musk perfume in one pocket of my army jacket and 10 Red Band in the other

I'm 16. I'm going to the nightclub for the first time. I'm wearing cherry red DMS and a floaty dress (Topshop) that I've had to find underwear of the same colour as the dress is a bit see through.
I have on my sparkly eyeshadow pencil from Miss Selfridge, it's probably lilac. I have those tiny little butterfly clips in my hair.
I'm taking a whole £10 with me plus 10p for the phone so I can call home for a lift - £3 in then £1 a pint. I'll have enough left for cheesy chips on the way home.
