Non molestation order - anyone done it themselves

Looking for some advice. I'm in the process of divorcing my husband, after a long separation. He's not really engaging and we're heading to court to sort the finances out.

In the meantime, he continues to send multiple messages to me, as long as essays. They vary in theme to how awful I am, how badly I treat him, what an irresponsible mother I am etc to how much he lives me, we can still make it work (it's been YEARS)

I left because he was emotionally and financially abusive, and coercive control. It was spilling over into physical aggression.

He's been asked so many times not to contact me unless about child contact. He continued. My solicitor has written to me. He continues

It fills me with dread and anxiety. I just want him to stop. But he won't.

Can I apply for a non molestation order, on these grounds? Is it simple to do?

ring the NCDV for advice, they are brilliant at helping people get non-mols. Good luck.
