Which hands-free pump? So many to choose from!

I've got to do more pumping because I need to give my 7 week old gaviscon and I can't face faffing about with a syringe. So I'll pump and mix it into breast ilk which I'll give via bottle, currently she is exclusively breast fed.

I've got an old Medela Swing which I've started using at home but I need something for out and about - an in-bra one I think. Is the Elvie worth it? Or is a cheaper brand just as good? I'd probably get a second hand Elvie or a new cheaper one.

I have the medela hands free swing and use it out and about all the time. It’s not super quiet but meh. Only thing I will say is their flange sizes aren’t the best so I did have to buy flange inserts.
