My dd gets HRC - I’ve had a letter about filling in the form to claim mobility as can get the lower rate from 5. I’ve seen that apparently they don’t just look at mobility though and look at the whole award? Is this correct as of so I can’t risk losing or having a reduction in her care rate as although nothing has changed you never know depending on who looks at the form ?
